WHOLESALE REQUIREMENT

You must be a retailer with a valid Business Number and/or a Master Business License.  

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Prepaid orders accepted by Visa, Master Card, and Paypal. Account Holder is responsible for all purchases made by additional buyers on the account.

ORDERING

All orders must be placed through www.ecokindcleaning.com. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept orders placed by phone, email or fax. Please note that the minimum order requirement is $300 CAD. A minimum yearly amount of $1,000.00 must be maintained to keep your account active.

SHIPPING & TAXES

We offer free shipping for all wholesale orders within Canada and the US. For international orders, shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Additionally, all applicable taxes will be included in your final invoice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing and/or shipping errors.

ECOKIND CLEANING @ SHIP NOBLE PARCEL PICKUP

All orders placed require a 48 hour processing period for pick-up. Method of payment can be Cash, Debit Card, Visa, Master Card, or Paypal. 

 

RETURNS

You must first email us and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping. No returns or credit for special orders, clearance merchandise, special sale items, or customized items. All returned merchandise must be shipped via courier with a tracking number. Returns for any reason except our error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All merchandise must be returned in undamaged, unopened original packaging with a copy of the original invoice. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of receiving your order. NO REFUNDS – exchange or credit only.

PRICING

Wholesale customers receive an exclusive discount off the regular retail price, along with free shipping to addresses within Canada and the United States. These benefits will be automatically applied at checkout. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary without prior notice. Prices may vary due to market conditions, order quantities, product availability, and currency fluctuations.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders must have a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total value. No cancellations or returns will be accepted on special orders.
