We have developed our product without volatile organic compounds (VOCs) so that they are safe to be used around you, pregnant/nursing women, children, and animals but recommend you speak with your physician before use.

No, we do not make any disinfectant or antibacterial claims. We do not formulate with the biocides that are often included in antibacterial products because biocides do not meet our standards for health and safety. At ECOKIND Cleaning, we strive to make our products optimal for effectiveness as well as human and environmental health. We have received positive feedback from our customers, as evident in their reviews, indicating that our cleaners are highly effective.

Our Multi-surface and Bathroom cleaners are formulated to fight grease and grime in order to help keep your surfaces clean. Our bathroom cleaner does help remove stains from mold and inanimate scum such as soap scum. Additionally, our hand soap does help wash away viruses and bacteria. While our hand soaps don’t use antibacterial agents, there are several studies that show non-antibacterial hand soaps are effective at removing germs. Our Multi-Surface Cleaner was designed for use on counters, sealed wood and sealed stone (example: sealed marble, quartz, granite, terrazzo, travertine).

Our Glass & Mirror Cleaner was designed for use on glass, mirrors and windows.

Our Multi-Surface cleaner was designed for use on sealed surfaces and is not indicated for use on floors. If the floor is sealed, it can be used to spot clean those surfaces.

In the packaging, all of ECOKIND Cleaning tablets have a shelf life of 2 years. Once dissolved, they have a shelf life of 1 year.

We are happy to confirm that our ECOKIND Cleaning tablets are 100% cruelty-free and have not been tested on animals. We are committed to providing eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are safe for both people and animals.

The solution in our bottles should last you a similar length of time as a traditional cleaning spray bottle, hand soap or dish soap. How long one bottle's solution lasts depends on how often you clean and how much you use, often dependent on the size of your home and family.

Using warm water will best minimize how long you need to wait to have a tablet dissolve. Using cold or hot water is also okay, but we would recommend warm water.

We recommend that you finish using the cleaning liquid in your bottle and rinsing it with clean water before creating another bottle of solution with a new tablet. Each refill tablet is designed to be dissolved with water to create 500ml of cleaner or 250ml of soap and match the exact amount of solution our bottle is designed to hold.

Nope. Just dissolve the tablet with warm water in your Refillable Bottle for a few minutes — no shaking or stirring needed!

Once your dishwasher is loaded, place one dishwasher tablet into the dish soap compartment, close the compartment, close the dishwasher door, and select your desired wash cycle!

Place one strip directly into the washer (or detergent dispenser) before adding clothes (or 2 strips for large loads), select your cycle and get washing!

We’re happy to share that our laundry strips were formulated to clean clothes effectively in both hot and cold water. Our laundry tablets contain effervescent ingredients to achieve rapid dissolution even in cold water. Your detergent strips should fully dissolve in any temperature cycle and go to work quickly!

For our cleaners and soap we recommend you use our Refillable Bottle with our refill tablets as we specifically designed them for a great consumer experience. Our cleaner Refillable Bottles are BPA-free, made of shatter-resistant material, and specifically designed for reuse. Our soap Refillable Bottles are glass and also designed for reuse. However, you can use any bottle/dispenser that works with foaming hand soap or cleaning spray.

Canada/US: Shipping is free on orders over $65 within CA & US. For any order less than $65, shipping is $9.99 flat rate.

Other International: Shipping is free on orders over $100 for all other international. For any order less than $100, shipping is $20 flat rate.

As soon as we receive your package, the items will go through inventory control and then we will proceed with a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
